1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document have the meanings given below:

• "Platform" refers to the 000ok website, mobile interface, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created on the platform in the user's name.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 000ok receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳26,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are for wagering purposes only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

000ok reserves the right to suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Operating multiple accounts.

7.2 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their own account. In such cases, any eligible balance in the account will be returned via the designated payment method, but any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.
